Industrial heating blanket Drum heaters are designed to meet the demanding environments. Long lasting, high quality design and durable construction using webbing strap with quick release buckle attachment rather than the problems that come with Velcro straps. Transportation and tight, intimate fastening insures good heat transfer to the barrel liquids. Shaped Heating Jackets may be built small or large, in many different geometries. But all Shaped Heating Jackets, whether tubular, rectangular, elbow, spherical or combination shape, start with an inner fabric liner.

Jacket sizes:
Small Heating Jackets may be constructed to fit ¾ inch diameter pipes and fittings. Large Heating Jackets are limited by weight, typically 50lbs (23kg), but may be constructed in a modular fashion to fit large surfaces using several Jackets.
Heat Capability:
900°F (482°C), or AMOX to 1400°F (760°C). Jednakże, temperatures exceeding 1200°F exposure, are not recommended if the Jacket would need to be manipulated once in place. (removed and reinstalled)
Heated zones:
For applications requiring varying heat densities, multiple heated zones may be incorporated in a single Jacket. Each zone would include power leads, and temperature sensors.
