Thin Film Heating Element
The thin film heating element is made of polyimide film as an external insulator; Metal foil and wire are used as internal conductive heating elements and are formed by heat sealing under high temperature and high pressure, commonly known as PI film.
According to the requirements of heating workpieces, various heating circuits can be made, and the design is very flexible. Thin film heating plates are resistant to oil, chemical corrosion, and radiation, and can be widely used in harsh working conditions.
