Transportation and tight, intimate fastening insures good heat transfer to the barrel liquids. Shaped Heating Jackets may be built small or large, in many different geometries. Jacket sizes:
Small Heating Jackets may be constructed to fit ¾ inch diameter pipes and fittings. Large Heating Jackets are limited by weight, typically 50lbs (23กก), but may be constructed in a modular fashion to fit large surfaces using several Jackets.
Heat Capability:
900° F (482° C), or AMOX to 1400°F (760° C). อย่างไรก็ตาม, temperatures exceeding 1200°F exposure, are not recommended if the Jacket would need to be manipulated once in place. (removed and reinstalled)
Heated zones:
For applications requiring varying heat densities, multiple heated zones may be incorporated in a single Jacket. Each zone would include power leads, and temperature sensors.
