Runner injection moulding Introduction Coil and cable heaters are accomplished by placing a pair of tiny coils or two linear resistance lines in a very dense MgO medium. The core is then inserted into the stainless steel case. These high-performance heating batteries can achieve temperatures of up to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit.

The shell material of standard cable heater is 304 aço inoxidável.
The heating core is diskshaped or straightshaped nickelchromium solid line.
The cable heater can transmit up to a heating capacity of 35 W/in2 up to a surface temperature of 15000F.
Coil and cable heaters can accommodate “J.” ou “K” thermocouple sensors, which can be placed inside the top or middle of the heater.
They can also be configured with profiles or distributed watts.
Coil spring heaters can be up to 6 feet in length in their unformed straight segments and their cross sections can be square or rectangular, while cable heaters can be up to 300 feet long and their cross sections can be circular.
Thermocouple sensors can be installed inside the top or middle of the heater.
