1. Vertical installation
When the water level in the container is not full, part of the heating tube is out of the water level. Since the power load of the heating tube for heating the liquid medium is much greater than that of dry heating, the industrial immersion heaters cannot be separated from the water for dry heating, so in the vertical In the case of installation, it is necessary to confirm the actual liquid level on site.
2. Horizontal installation
Due to the influence of gravity, the horizontal installation side has a small force area and a large unit force. Therefore, when selecting the flange parameters of industrial immersion heaters, this issue must be properly considered. The size and number of mounting holes need to be treated differently. In general, horizontal installation generally does not need to consider the issue of cold end.
