It is made of non-alkali glass fiber weaving. The pipe wall is uniform and the pores are fine. It has both flexibility and structural stability, and can easily fit into wires of different diameters (compatible wire diameter range: 0.5 – 20mm). After bending, it is not prone to deformation. The surface can be coated with coatings such as silicone resin and acrylic resin according to requirements, further enhancing its high-temperature resistance and waterproof performance. It supports custom cutting (length: 10cm – 100m), suitable for different wiring length requirements in various scenarios, and the cutting edge is not prone to fraying or breaking.

It has excellent high-temperature resistance, with a long-term working temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃, and a short-term maximum temperature resistance of up to 200℃ (lasting for 30 minutes), which far exceeds that of ordinary PVC sleeves (70℃); It has strong insulation performance, with a volume resistivity of ≥ 10¹⁴ Ω·cm, a breakdown voltage of ≥ 10 kV/mm, effectively preventing electrical breakdown risks; It has high mechanical strength, with an tensile strength of ≥ 15 MPa, and its wear resistance is superior to that of traditional sleeves, and it is unlikely to wear or crack during long-term use; It is environmentally friendly and odorless, and does not release toxic gases during combustion, meeting RoHS and UL environmental certification standards, and is suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments.
