Product Details:

Finned tubular heater for force air heating is the effect of winding fins on an ordinary  tube to heat the radiating area and increase the load power. Because its heat dissipation speed is faster than ordinary tubular heater, the power can be designed to be relatively large, It is often used in equipment that requires high-temperature heating or high-load equipment. They can be provided with rectangular fins of various thcknesses. Continuous finned heaters are made with continuous round fins of various diameter and thickness.

Construction details:
Heating tube: 440 diameter steel, high temperature aluminum coating or stainless steel
Power density note: 36 and 72 watts per square. Different models, suitable for different applications of static air and high temperature steel wind
Blade: Aluminum or stainless steel sheet is continuously wound on the heater sheath at 4-5 fins per inch.
Conclusion: 8-32 bolts-about 8.7 yarn length-including hardware
Operating temperature: steel unit is suitable for 800 F (427 C), stainless steel unit is suitable for 1200 F (654 C)
Custom: length, watts, volts and custom installation options are available.
