The blister machine quartz plate heater is also called quartz radiant electric heater for blister machine. It is a new type electric heater plate with multiple quartz radiant heating tubes. With high radiation rate, high radiation temperature, good integrity, high insulation strength; good thermal stability, uniform heat generation, high electric-heat conversion efficiency; fast temperature rise, small thermal inertia, long service life; high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance advantages , it is popularly used for industrial blister machines.

The main technical parameters:

1. Rated voltage: 380V, 220V, 110V, 55V; (standard voltage: 220V);
2. Heating power: 300W-1000W; (standard power: 400W, 500W, 650W)
3. Thermal response speed: within 1 minute;

Options for connections are with bolt mounting and clamp mounting
