절연 히터 세라믹, also known as device ceramics, are used in electronic equipment to install, fix, protect components, as the insulating support of current-carrying conductors and various integrated circuit substrate ceramics. At present, aluminum nitride porcelain and silicon carbide porcelain are being studied and developed, and their common characteristics are high thermal conductivity.
