Kapton Polyimide thin film Heating element made by Jaye industry has excellent high and low temperature resistance, electrical insulation, adhesion, radiation resistance and dielectric resistance. It can be used in the temperature range of – 269 ℃ – 280 ℃ for a long time, and can reach a high temperature of 400 ℃ for a short time.

Selection range of resistor thickness: 0.03-0.1mmt, PI film thickness: 0.05-0.1mmt 2. Extremely soft, with a minimum bending radius of only about 0.8mm
