The PTFE Immersion heaters have the following advantages used in the Chemical and Plating Industry:
1-Excellent chemical resistance: suitable for all kind of acid, alkaline, anodizing and pickling solutions
2-Various structural forms, such as spiral type, L type, U type, W type, mosquito coil type, combined type and so on.
3-Electric heater
heating core is made of stainless steel (SUS316 o SUS304) and outer casing
made of Teflon tube (PTFE). It has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable
for all kinds of corrosive liquid heating.
4-Lunga durata: Low watt density design (10 watt/ square inch, 1.5 l/cm2) for long service life.
5-Safety Grounded and Thermal protection: Replaceable thermal protectors is from 80°C to 105°C for solutions.
