The mica band heater utilizes the good insulation performance and its high temperature resistance. It uses mica board (sheet) as the framework and insulation layer, supplemented by stainless steel plate for support and protection, and can be made into plate, sheet , cylindrical, and cone. Various types of heating devices such as circular shape, cylindrical shape and circle shape. Designable power up to 1000W, can withstand temperature of 600℃.
