Fleksibilni kapton poliimidni grijaći film
Flexible Kapton Polyimide film is one of the best film insulating material in the world. It is made of PMDA and DDE by polycondensation in strong polar solvent, casting into film, and then sub amination. It is yellow and transparent, with a relative density of 1.39-1.45. The glass transition temperature is 280 ℃, 385 ℃ (Kapton) and above 500 ℃, respectively. The tensile strength is 200 MPa at 20 ℃ and more than 100 MPa at 200 ℃. It is especially suitable to be used as the base material of flexible printed circuit board and insulation material of high temperature resistant motor.
