Ceramic band heater is heating element of high temperature. It offers longer heater life, high processing temperature capabilities and full flexibility for ease of installation. The built in thermal insulation limits heat losses and conserves electrical energy. Ceramic Band Heaters are manufactured by using special ceramic insulation material ‘ Steatite ‘ and fabricatedwith stainless steel sheet. The heating coils is made of high quality Nichrome wires.
