It consists of a temperature sensor, capillary tube, diaphragm and expansion conductor. When the sensing rod is heated, the liquid medium is expanded. The expansion of the medium increases the internal pressure of the closed circuit system. The increase in pressure is converted into displacement through the diaphragm.
