Thick film technology involves depositing specialized pastes (e.g., conductive, resistive, dielectric) onto substrates like ceramics or aluminum nitride using screen printing. After high-temperature firing (600–1000°C), these layers form robust, high-performance circuits. Unlike thin films, thick films excel in durability, cost-efficiency, and adaptability for complex designs.
