Thermocouple connection head uses thermocouples and thermal resistors as temperature measuring elements. The output signal of the temperature measuring element is sent to the transmitter module. After voltage stabilization and filtering, operational amplification, nonlinear correction, V/I conversion, constant current, reverse connection protection and other circuit processing, it is converted into a 4-20mA current signal 0-5V/0-10V voltage signal that is linearly related to temperature, and outputs RS485 digital signal.
A device that converts physical measurement signals or ordinary electrical signals into standard electrical signals for output or can be output through communication protocols. Thermocouple connection head is an instrument that can convert temperature variables into standard output signals, mainly used for the measurement and control of temperature parameters in industrial processes.
The current transmitter converts the AC current of the main circuit being measured into a standard signal of a constant current loop and continuously transmits it to the receiving device. Thermocouple connection head converts the signal of the temperature sensor into a current signal, and connects to the secondary instrument to display the corresponding temperature.
The isolated HART intelligent temperature transmitter (round card) is used for the signal input of resistance temperature detector (RTD) and thermocouple (TC) ו 4 – 20mA analog output of the two-wire system, and can be installed in the sensor(Form B) through the HART protocol configuration.
