Hot runner heater winding machine:
The hot runner heater winding machine is equipped with PLC and touch screen control. Specializing in the production of rotating heating belts for the manufacture of hot nozzle flat tubes. This kind of spinning reel has a very small thread, generally, 0.5 mm or less, which makes it difficult to process on general equipment. The machine is driven by an advanced stepping motor, the main shaft rotates and the winding screw mandrel rotates, and it can process spiral coils with different pitches (closely wound).
The operation process of the hot runner heater winding machine:
The worker inserts a small axial wire into the clamping chuck and clamps it,
Straighten it with a cylinder,
Then the heating tape is wound on the axial wire until it reaches the preset length and stops automatically and is cut by the staff.
