Introduction to high-temperature mica gaskets
High-temperature mica gaskets are rectangular or special-shaped mica parts made by splitting, setting the thickness, cutting or punching thick mica sheets. They are suitable for high-voltage insulation and thermal resistor skeletons of televisions and other electrical products. Insulation molded parts, also known as mica sheets and mica pads, are washers, gaskets, and pads made of hard plate-like insulating materials. They have good mechanical strength, electrical properties, and high temperature resistance in normal conditions.
Taking high-temperature mica gaskets as the base material, various processing methods such as rolling, punching, turning, drilling, grinding, milling, and model pressing are adopted.
