n Clamp band Heaters are manufactured in round and rectangular section. These round / rectangular Mini coil heaters are swaged and formed into a coil of predefined dimension. It is equipped with a metallic cover for easy fitment. These heaters are available in standard SCREW clamping system & AXIAL clamping system. The AXIAL clamping allows the front end loading for easy installation in multi-cavity molds.
n Kappa series / Brazed brass steel sleeve heater are constructed with a nickel plated copper inner sleeve and a stainless outer sleeve. The heater is sandwiched between these sleeves eliminating the heat transfer problems associated with other dual sleeved designs. The material used direct the heat inward the nozzle, resulting in a very efficient heater with even heat distribution.
