General Information
AUSTIN Heating Technology manufactures custom made cartridge heaters for any application. Electric cartridge rod heaters are a versatile and economical heat source for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications.
Standard tube diameters are 6mm, 8milímetros, 10milímetros, 12mm and 16mm, but other special sizes are available for cartridge heaters. Depending on the diameter, lengths can be supplied up to 6000mm. Standard sheath materials are Stainless Steel 201, 304, 316 y 321, but special sheath materials may be available based on diameter and size of the element required.
Electric cartridge heaters provide superior heat transfer, uniform temperatures, resistance to oxidation and corrosion and long life even at high temperatures. Flexible lead wire extensions or other mounting options are available for specific applications.

Construcción:

3.Pure magnesium oxide compressed to an optimum density for best heat transfer and electrical insulation at elevated temperatures.
