Core transmission layer: The conductor is made of high-purity oxygen-free copper (with a purity of ≥ 99.99%), and the multi-strand winding process is used to enhance conductivity and flexibility, ensuring low-loss transmission of current and signals. The conductor cross-section can be customized within the range of 0.5 – 10 mm² according to the load current requirements;
Insulation protection layer: The insulating material tightly wraps the conductor. The mainstream choices are polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which not only can isolate the conductor from external electrical contact but also have the characteristics of high-temperature resistance and aging resistance, providing basic protection for internal transmission;
Shielding isolation layer: This is the core advantage layer of the product. Pure nickel strips with a purity of ≥ 99.6% are used in a spiral wrapping manner to cover the insulation layer. The wrapping coverage rate is 90% – 95%, forming a tight electromagnetic protection barrier.
