The immersion water heater is composed of multiple U-shaped tubular electric heating elements. The electric heating water pipe consists of nano-conductive carbon particles and two parallel busbars with insulating layers. Due to this parallel structure, all self-limiting electric heating cables can be cut to any length on site and connected through a two-way or three-way junction box. In each heating cable, the number of circuits between the bus bars varies with the effect of temperature. When the ambient temperature cools, the conductive plastic shrinks small molecules to connect the carbon particles to form an electrical circuit. Electricity flows through the connections of these circuits, forming electrically heated water pipes.
Immersion water heaters can be widely used to heat water, aceite, aire, nitrate solution, acid solution, alkali solution and low melting point metals. Divided into the following situations:
1. Pipe heater: The electric heating pipe is mainly used to install in the blowing pipe of the air heating system to blow out hot air. It can be applied to heating elements of various ovens and electric stoves.
2. Nitrate solution, oil and water heating: Weld the elbow-shaped electric heating element on the flange. Electric heating tubes are used for heating in open and closed solution tanks and circulating systems.
3. Single-ended heater: The immersion water heater is used to work in the heating medium that cannot be wired at both ends, and is suitable for use in hot core boxes, core shooters and other equipment. The blackened mesh belt furnace has undergone high temperature nitriding treatment at 1060°C, which improves the high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the electric heating tube and ensures the service life.
